don't exit on escap

1. In the URL bar enter about:config
2. Agree to the security risks
3. Search for the entry browser.fullscreen.exit_on_escape
4. Double click on true to change it to false
5. You're done! Enjoy :-)

Firefox Homepage background

1. Locate your profile folder in about:profiles (Root Directory)
2. create a folder there called chrome and
3. put userContent.css in it
4. Add your desired image-background.png file to the same folder. In Firefox go to about:config, change toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true and restart.

Remove Firefox View

1. Hold down the control key while you click the Firefox View Firefox View icon icon.
2. Select Remove from Toolbar. (You can also choose Pin to Overflow Menu.)

Disable Qucik Search

1. about:config
2. set accessibility.typeaheadfind.manual to false
